GIVE GLORY TO GOD FOR:

CHINA:  Within 15 years China should become the country with the most Christians in the world, according to a study.  Fenggang Yang, of Purdue University, predicts that China will reach 224 million Christians by the year 2030. (Assist News Service)

ISRAEL:  Jews in Israel are coming to faith in increasing numbers.  “I have never seen a break-through like we’re seeing now,” said Tuvya Zaretsky, board chairman of the Jewish branch of Jews for Jesus.  “We’re seeing a steady stream of Israelis who are coming to Jesus from all walks of life, usually among the young. THE ISLAMIC STATE:  A major breakthrough: the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee has unanimously approved legislation recognizing the genocide against Christians in ISIS.  Pray for ACLJ that is now demanding an immediate full vote in Congress on this vital resolution. (ACLJ)

NEW YORK:  Christianity in Manhattan has grown 300% in 20 years, according to recently-released research.  A consortium of city ministries reports that the increase has grown from prayer and church-planting movements in the city. (Mission America)

ISRAEL:  An American tourist was killed and his wife badly wounded in a fresh wave of terror attacks in Israel last week.  “In all, 29 Israelis and four foreign nationals have been killed in a wave of Palestinian terrorism since October,” reported the Times of Israel. (Joel Rosenberg)  Ask God to use this violence for the salvation of many.

WORLD:  An alliance of ministries has designated May 15, 2016, as a one-day International Day for the Unreached.  The Alliance calls on churches, other faith-based organizations, and individuals to pray, advocate, serve, and share for sake of the unreached. (Assist News Service)

USA:  Pray for a Spiritual Strongholds Consultation this week in Colorado Springs.  The purpose of the meeting is to identify and develop prayer strategies and teams to counteract principalities affecting our nation.  Pray for God’s unity, clarity, and anointing, and for the right people to participate. USA:  Intercede for Franklin Graham’s Decision America Tour of State capitol convocations. Scheduled this week are Denver, Colorado; Santa Fe, New Mexico; and Phoenix, Arizona.  An average of nearly 2,000 people have attended the seven capitols visited so far. (BGEA)

NUEVA YORK: El cristianismo en Manhattan ha crecido a un 300% en los últimos 20 años, según un estudio publicado recientemente. EL MUNDO: Una alianza de ministerios ha designado el día 15 de Mayo del 2016, como el Día Internacional para los no alcanzados. La Alianza está llamando a las iglesias, organizaciones de fe e individuos a orar, abogar, servir y compartir por el bien de los no alcanzados (Servicio de Asistencia de Noticias)

ESTADOS UNIDOS: Oren por una Consulta sobre Fortalezas Espirituales a verificarse esta semana en Colorado Springs. El propósito de la consulta es identificar y desarrollar estrategias de oración y equipos para contrarrestar los principados espirituales que afectan a nuestra nación. ESTADOS UNIDOS: Interceda por la convocación de Franklin Graham llamada “Decisión de América: El viaje a las Capitales de los Estados.” Para esta semana se ha programado estar en Denver, Colorado, Santa Fe, Nuevo México y Phoenix, Arizona. Un promedio de cerca de 2,000 personas han asistido a las 7 capitales visitadas hasta el día de hoy. (BGEA)
