PRAISE GOD FOR …
SOUTH KOREA: “Thank you for your prayers and support. We have never gone this way before. We have never done anything on this global scale before; but your heartfelt prayers, encouragement, and support have given us the boost we needed along the way, and especially when we needed them the most. So thank you.” (The UPRISING)
MALAWI: One of the rising Christian leaders today is Andrew Palau, son of the world-serving evangelist, Luis Palau. God recently blessed Andrew’s Festival in Africa with nearly 20,000 decisions for Christ. (Assist News Service)
NORTH AMERICA: More than 60 million people living in the United States speak a language other than English. Pray for development of a 24-language JESUS DVD to help reach these non-English speakers. (Jesus Film Project)
MEXICO: There is steady growth of evangelicals, now numbering over nine million. Such growth appears to be accelerating, not slowing! (Operation World)

AMERICAN INDIANS: Pray for the salvation of Native peoples in the United States that number 4 million in population, with 78% of them now living in our cities. Pray God’s power on the many agencies laboring among them! (CHIEF)
NIGERIA: Pray for salvation and deliverance for 10,000 Nigerian boys kidnapped by Islamist terrorists over the last three years. The Wall Street Journal reports that young boys, and at times girls, are being indoctrinated and used as fighters, suicide bombers, and spies. (ANS)
RUSSIA: A new Russian law, starting last July 8, limits evangelism to official church buildings. A person can now be fined for witnessing on the street or even in their own home. Until this law is overturned or amended, pray for wisdom for Russia’s indigenous missionaries and that favor will be extended to them by local authorities who enforce it. (Advancing Native Missions)
WORLD: Ask God to preserve American oversight of Internet communication to be surrendered to an international body. This government proposal could damage freedom for the Gospel among the nations.

COREA DEL SUR: “Gracias por sus oraciones y apoyo. Nunca hemos avanzado de esta manera antes. Nunca antes hemos hecho nada a esta escala global; pero sus oraciones sentidas, el ánimo y el apoyo nos han dado el impulso que necesitábamos en el camino, especialmente porque las necesitábamos más que nunca. NATIVOS AMERICANOS: Oren por la salvación de los pueblos nativos en los Estados Unidos que numeran 4 millones en población, con un 78% de ellos viviendo en nuestras ciudades. ¡Oren por poder de Dios en las diferentes organizaciones que trabajan con ellos! (JEFE)
NIGERIA: Oren por la salvación y liberación de 10,000 niños nigerianos secuestrados por terroristas islamistas en los últimos tres años. El periódico Wall Street Journal informa que los niños pequeños, y a veces niñas, son adoctrinados y utilizados como combatientes, portadores de bombas suicidas y espionaje. (ANS)
RUSIA: Una nueva ley rusa, en vigor desde el pasado 8 de julio, limita el evangelismo a los edificios oficiales de la iglesia. Una persona puede ahora ser multado por dar testimonio en la calle o incluso en su propia casa. Hasta que esta ley sea revocada o modificada, oren por sabiduría para los misioneros nacionales de Rusia para que el favor de las autoridades locales que tienen el deber de cumplir la ley, se extienda a ellos. EL MUNDO: Pida a Dios que preserve la supervisión Americana de comunicación por Internet que va a ser entregada a un organismo internacional. Esta propuesta del gobierno podría dañar la libertad del Evangelio entre las naciones.
