Short Term Team (STT) leaders play many roles: tour guide, spiritual leader, counselor, manager.  They can make or break the impact of a mission trip, but often they have little or no training before agreeing to lead.  Let’s be sure they get the preparation they need to lead well.

 

Come learn the basics of leading a STT, network with others who have similar goals, and explore options of coordinating trips through World Partners.

 

When: Thursday, April 25 @ 5pm through Friday the 26 @ 6pm

 

Where: World Partners & Missionary Church Headquarters, Fort Wayne, Indiana

 

What: Learn key leadership information such as

  • Discipling your team
  • Designing quality pre- and post-trip programs
  • Handling the nuts and bolts of the trip
  • Dealing with problems overseas
  • Tips and tricks for international travel

Lodging: If you’re coming from outside the area, we can get you our group discount at Comfort Suites, which is $80 a night.
