Administration is the stewardship of relationships – a leader’s relationship with the people they shepherd, the financial and physical resources entrusted to them, and the laws of the community and culture in which they minister. This course will introduce leaders to the core principles on which they can build lasting ministries that faithfully and effectively administer these relationships.
